Between one of the largest mountain conference campuses in the region, a wedding season that runs all summer, festival weekends from wine to bluegrass, and a family brand that owns the winter holidays, the resort hosts audiences nearly every week of the year. What those audiences share is a night that currently ends at last call. A choreographed sky gives it a finale.
The resort’s geography was practically designed for the medium. Keystone Lake puts five acres of reflecting water in the middle of Lakeside Village, doubling every formation. River Run’s plazas gather crowds with staging and power already in place. And the conference campus delivers the most valuable audience in the mountains: rooms full of decision-makers whose closing night is the one thing their planners agonize over.

Can a drone show close a Keystone conference?
It is the strongest closing act available in the mountains. Walk the group from the ballroom to the lake or the village plaza, and the finale happens overhead, choreographed to your organization's story, silent enough to talk over and impossible to forget. We coordinate scheduling and logistics directly with the resort's events team.
Does winter limit a Keystone drone show?
Winter is Keystone's stage season and we winterize for it: battery and crew procedures built for cold, and hard weather limits we honor, no flight in more than moderate snow or sustained winds of 26 mph and up. High-country winter nights are often clear and still, some of the best show conditions of the year.
How much does a drone light show cost at Keystone?
