Every show is bounded by two independent digital perimeters, a soft boundary that keeps the fleet inside the choreographed performance zone, and a hard boundary that will not permit a drone to cross into spectator areas. The aircraft are both mathematically and physically constrained to the airspace we’ve authorized, isolated from the crowd.
Operations are conducted under FAA Part 107 certification, including a Part 107.35 waiver for the operation of multiple aircraft from a single Remote Pilot in Command, the specific authorization a drone light show requires. Coverage is carried under aviation liability insurance, with certificates of insurance and additional-insured endorsements available to venues and municipalities on request, in the format your risk department requires.
We manage the full regulatory chain: airspace authorization, any required waivers, fire marshal coordination, site survey, risk assessment, and NOTAM filing. Your team does not need aviation expertise to host a compliant show, that is our job.
Every show runs against defined weather minimums and go/no-go criteria. The fleet carries redundancy, and each drone has defined failsafe behavior in the event of signal or power loss. Crew roles, communication, and stop-the-show authority are established before the first drone leaves the ground.
