Drone Light Shows in Beaver Creek
The escalators pause, the cookie hour ends, and above the most polished village in the Rockies, the sky performs.
Beaver Creek built its name on getting every detail right. Immersion Drone Theatre brings a spectacle held to the same standard, choreographed, silent, and flawless from the plaza's point of view.

A drone light show to Beaver Creek's standard
Beaver Creek is the most detail-obsessed venue in the Rockies, a resort that heats its walkways, times its cookie hour, and stages a World Cup downhill in its front yard. Its audiences are hosted, not just entertained. That is precisely the standard a drone light show should be held to, and precisely why the medium belongs here: it is the only spectacle whose every second is designed, simulated, approved, and then performed exactly as promised.
The village is a natural theater. The ice rink gathers the audience in the round, the mountain rises straight out of the plaza, and the sky above it all is dark, high, and quiet. Formations over the rink read from every balcony and dinner table in the village. Mid-mountain, Red Tail Camp turns a private dinner into a premiere, with choreography timed between courses.
Beaver Creek’s calendar hands us the occasions: Birds of Prey week puts the sports world in the village every December, the holidays fill it with families, and summer brings a wedding season that runs deep into fall. Each of those nights currently ends with lights strung on trees. They could end with the sky itself choreographed, silently, over a forested valley that never has to weigh spectacle against fire risk again.
Not exactly roughing it. Exactly the point.

Beaver Creek productions run to resort standards: FAA authorization and resort coordination completed well ahead of the date, flight envelopes validated for the elevation, show windows set around the valley's evening calm, and aviation liability insurance documented for the events office. Eagle County Regional's traffic to the west is part of every flight plan. Above a gated valley of timber and rooflines, nothing in the show burns, drips, or falls.

The Audience: Thousands, across a park, a waterfront, a downtown.
Best For: Community festivals, regional celebrations, mid-sized corporate events, and brand activations.

The Audience: Tens of thousands, plus everyone watching the broadcast.

Engineered for the gasp. Structures big enough to read from miles away and detailed enough to bring every phone up at once, more than one story unfolding overhead, too much for any single person to hold. This is what a place puts in the sky when it wants to be remembered.

Asked and answered.
Can a show be staged privately at Beaver Creek?
Yes, privacy is one of the resort's assets and one of the medium's. A show can be staged for a single wedding, a board dinner at Red Tail Camp, or a client week, choreographed to the hosts' story and visible primarily to the audience it was made for. We coordinate discreetly with the resort's events team.
Is a December show realistic for the World Cup or the holidays?
December is Beaver Creek's stage, and we winterize for it: cold-weather battery and crew procedures, and hard limits we honor, no flight in heavy snow or sustained winds of 26 mph or more. High-country December nights are frequently calm and crystal clear, ideal show conditions over the village.
How much does a drone light show cost at Beaver Creek?
Custom and all-inclusive, sized by drone count and choreography. We arrive by road with our own power and staging, resort logistics without freight. For a venue that quotes everything precisely, we will do the same: tell us the occasion and budget and the proposal will be exact.
How far ahead should we book a Beaver Creek show?
Match the resort's own rhythm: a few weeks is possible in shoulder season, two months is comfortable, and 90 days suits dates needing layered resort and airspace coordination. World Cup week, the winter holidays, and New Year's Eve want three to six months.
