The barns stay calm
No concussive blasts over the livestock barns, the arena, or the show ring. From the stands a drone show is near silent, which is the part of fireworks that spooks animals and the part your exhibitors complain about.
The grandstand goes dark. The whole fairground looks up.
A drone light show gives your fair a finale people plan their night around, without the noise over the barns, the embers in fire season, or the cleanup on the grounds the next morning.
A fair is not a Fourth of July in the park. There are animals on the grounds, it falls in the driest weeks of the year, and the same families come back every summer. A drone show answers all three.

Fair season is the driest stretch of the year. No pyrotechnics and no embers means the burn restriction that cancels a fireworks finale usually does not touch a drone show. We still coordinate with the fire marshal on every one.
No casings or debris on the grounds, the arena dirt, or the parking lots the morning after. Nothing comes down but the drones.
Your county, your anniversary year, the 4-H and FFA kids, the rodeo, the logo on the gate. Fireworks look the same everywhere. This one is built from your fair, and it can be different every year.
We manage the whole compliance chain, from airspace to the insurance certificate your board will ask for, and we work within county procurement and board approval timelines.
Your show is sized to your audience, from an intimate room to an entire region. Every show is quoted to your event and your budget; we don’t sell templates.
Cinematic Storytelling
The Audience: Thousands, across a park, a waterfront, a downtown.
Best For: Community festivals, regional celebrations, mid-sized corporate events, and brand activations.
The full performance. A crowd of thousands, moving as one, as a whole story opens overhead and strangers start turning to each other. This is the one that gets talked about all week, in a town that did not expect it.
Capture and highlight reel included.
Monumental & Unmissable
The Audience: Tens of thousands, plus everyone watching the broadcast.
Best For: Major city holidays, large festivals, marquee product launches, and televised sports.
Engineered for the gasp. Structures big enough to read from miles away and detailed enough to bring every phone up at once, more than one story unfolding overhead, too much for any single person to hold. This is what a place puts in the sky when it wants to be remembered.
Capture and highlight reel included.
Legendary & Worldwide
The Audience: A whole city, and the world on its phones the next morning.
Best For: Landmark anniversaries, stadium-scale events, top-tier global brands, and moments meant to be seen far beyond the people standing there.
Crafted for the legend. The night sky transforms into a living masterpiece as an entire city stops to watch. Felt instantly on the ground, then broadcast across millions of screens worldwide. Years from now, they will still remember exactly where they were standing.
Capture and highlight reel included.
The Feature1 / 3
Soft and hard digital perimeters lock every drone into the performance zone, mathematically and physically isolated from the crowd.
Airspace authorization, waivers, NOTAM filing, and fire marshal sign-off, handled end to end before anything flies.
Full aviation liability coverage, with COIs and additional-insured endorsements available on request.
It is far gentler on animals than fireworks. There are no blasts, and from the stands the show is near silent. We also plan the launch area and the flight box away from the barns, the arena and the show ring during the site survey, so the animals are never under the show.
Usually, yes. A drone show has no pyrotechnics and no embers, which is why fairs and cities facing fire restrictions are switching to them. We coordinate with your fire marshal on every show regardless, so the answer for your grounds is settled well before fair week.
Yes. A sponsor’s logo or message can become a formation in the sky, which gives a fair board something worth selling and gives the sponsor a moment the whole grandstand sees and photographs. We will work out the placement with you during design.
Fair boards usually set the entertainment lineup in winter or spring, and that is the best time to talk to us. For the show itself we recommend about two months, and 60 to 90 days when the fairgrounds sit in controlled airspace near an airport, since airspace authorization is the long pole.
It depends on the size of the crowd, the grounds and the airspace, and how much story the show tells, which is why we quote each fair individually rather than publishing a rate card. Our drone show cost guide walks through what moves the number, and a proposal for your fair is free.
